About Me

After spending three years in Northern Italy, my husband Joseph and I settled in Fort Worth, Texas. We share our home with two cats named Leonardo (da Vinci) and Severus (who we often call Bill), a dog named Cory, and a turtle named Lazar Wolf.

I’ve been lucky enough to travel all over the world (my favorite trips were to Paris, Japan, and Egypt), documenting my trips in photographs. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Information Science. I work in archives and special collections.

I originally got a DSLR to document our travels, but photography has expanded to be an important part of my life and my self-expression. I also love cooking, embroidery, knitting, gardening, and spending time outside.

  1. Next time I read a blog, I hope that it does not fail me as much as this one. After all, I know it was my choice to read through, but I truly thought you would have something useful to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of moaning about something you could possibly fix if you were not too busy seeking attention.
